mooli's chutneys

mooli’s are not putting mayo on anything.

1. mint and coriander chutney

Vibrant and green, this chutney was perfected by Sam on his 39th attempt. It is perfect with our Chicken Mooli – shining through the delicate flavouring of our succulent chicken and crunchy apple salad.

2. tomato chutney

Raju’s secret recipe, this chutney was specially chosen to elevate our Paneer Mooli. We havent bottled it yet, but watch out for Raju Sauce.

3. tamarind chutney

Another Raju special. Sweet and tart, it works like a dream with yogurt raita in our Asparagus and Potato Mooli.

4. cucumber raita

Our cucumber raita is seasoned with mustard seeds and curry leaves, selected to offset our robustly flavoured Keralan Beef.

5. pomegranate salsa

Strictly speaking this is not chutney, but this sweet, crisp and moist salsa tempers the fire of our Goan Pork.

ingredients:

Each mooli comes with its own carefully chosen chutney. We’ve spent months perfecting these so that every mooli has the ideal burst of fresh flavour.

Mooli’s chutneys are prepared with ingredients well known for their aroma, flavour and therapeutic properties. They include coriander, mint, tomato, tamarind, ginger, fennel, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, cumin, black pepper and chillies.

While both traditional and alternative medicine endorse the digestive, anti-carcinogenic, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, immunity & metabolism boosting, cholesterol lowering, tension busting, eczema curing, aphrodisiac (…blah, blah, blah) qualities of many of these traditional ingredients, we use chutneys because they are delicious and they are the real reason why we do not serve mayo.

For those who love the fiery kick of green chilli, there is the option to GO GREEN.
